Bosnia War Paintings

When Sanchita was a student at the London School of Economic, the Bosnian war broke out. Horrifying images began to appear in the newspapers and Sanchita felt compelled to respond to them, this culminated in a series of collage works that formed the basis of her very first exhibition at a small and now defunct gallery in Manchester. Sanchita’s interest in political issues continues and is a natural consequence of her LSE background.
